Connected watch of TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 and Porsche Edition

TAG Heuer and Porsche have launched the new TAG Heuer Connected Calibre E4 – Porsche Edition, a luxury connected timepiece inspired by the design of the all-electric Porsche Taycan, with Wear OS exclusive features for Porsche owners where information from cars is displayed directly on the watch face.

The watch follows the launch of the TAG Heuer x Porsche Carrera Chronograph, which celebrated the two companies’ rich history of motor racing heritage and the launch of their global partnership in 2021. Both the physical watch and the software have design features used in the all-electric Taycan, which evokes the car’s exterior. The watch face was inspired by printed circuit boards and racing circuits, offering an animated visual effect which connects Porsche cars and TAG Heuer watches with a feeling of technology and speed.

Detlev von Platen, Member of the Executive Board for Sales and Marketing at Porsche AG, says, ‘This product highlights the natural synergy of our two brands: both fearless and disruptive in their respective fields, and both devoted to delivering unparalleled excellence to our customers. ‘Our brands have led the way in embracing new technologies: just as TAG Heuer has led the luxury watch world in terms of embracing smartwatch technology, so Porsche’s electric cars innovate in their field.’

Frédéric Arnault, CEO of TAG Heuer says, ‘For both TAG Heuer and Porsche, the thrill of driving is part of our heritage, and this watch celebrates the fearless spirit of both Maisons – as well as highlighting the sustainable innovation of the Taycan. This watch evokes many of the passions that we share – high performance, technological innovation and our love for unique and unmatched products.’

Car-related design and a range of exclusive apps

The watch’s design is filled with numerous features which evoke the frozen blue lacquered Porsche Taycan, with a large 45mm case in black titanium, highlighted with details in the distinctive metallic shade seen on the car. The case is sandblasted black titanium, giving the watch a light, sporty feel and the black ceramic polished bezel has a dedicated scale going from zero to 400, referencing a Porsche car’s speed, which can be used to read functions relating to the car or to display metrics like heart rate.

The ceramic bezel of the watch gives it the feel of a traditional high-end timepiece. The crown has a large diameter, and stands out from the watch, so there’s lots of room for a finger to access the crown, making it easy to access apps on the go.

The pushers have a mechanical feel, highlighting TAG Heuer’s 162 years of heritage in making high-end mechanical watches. Running a customised version of Google’s Wear OS system, the watch offers a range of exclusive timers and sport and wellness apps which highlight TAG Heuer’s expertise in sports timing, including motorsports.

Connection to own Porsche car

Owners of specific Porsche models* will be able to connect their watch to their car, and see information displayed in ‘complications’ on the watch face. There are four complications available at launch.

The first shows how much is left in the car’s battery and works with both electric Porsche models and hybrids.  The second shows off ‘car autonomy’ information, displaying how many kilometers remain before the car’s battery or gas runs out. The third is a shortcut to the Wear OS My Porsche app which enables users to control their vehicle heating and air conditioning. The last complication shows the total mileage driven in the car. To activate these features, users need to have Porsche ID, Porsche Connect Subscription and the My Porsche app on the watch and phone.

In February 2021 Porsche and TAG Heuer announced to join forces in a global brand partnership. Within the framework of the holistic and long-term alliance, the brands have intended to jointly approach both sports competitions and the development of products. The first step on product side was the TAG Heuer Carrera Porsche Chronograph, launched at this time.

Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini: the perfect synthesis of Italian sporting style

Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini: the perfect synthesis of Italian sporting style

Unveiled at the San Marino MotoGP, the 630-unit limited edition Ducati motorcycle inspired by the Lamborghini Huracán STO

Misano Adriatico/Sant’Agata Bolognese, 2 September 2022 – The new Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, inspired by the Huracán STO super sports car, was unveiled to the public at the San Marino Grand Prix at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli. The bike is the result of the second collaborative project between the two brands, ambassadors of Made in Italy, which in 2020 gave birth to the Ducati Diavel 1260 Lamborghini, inspired by the Sián.

The most stunning Ducati Streetfighter V4 produced is a motorcycle that perfectly embodies the values of style, sportiness, and exclusivity shared by Ducati and Lamborghini, the two brands of excellence that have helped write the history of Italy’s “Motor Valley” and that have renewed and expanded their collaboration with this luxury project. The result is a combination of technology, performance and beauty to deeply inspire enthusiasts from the very first look.

Applying the well-known “Fight Formula” to the technical base of the Panigale V4 S 2023 and integrating elements and stylistic features that are unmistakably Lamborghini, Ducati has created an exclusive all-new model within its range. The bike is produced in a numbered limited series of 630 units and reinterprets in a Ducati key the concepts that led to the creation of the Lamborghini Huracán STO, integrating technical and stylistic elements typical of Lamborghini  DNA, including the exclusive livery in green and orange.

The Ducati Style Center, in collaboration with Lamborghini’s Centro Stile, redesigned the superstructures of this special bike, drawing inspiration from the Huracán STO. It features specially-made forged wheels enhanced by the titanium clamping nut on the rear; the front fender design is inspired by the air ducts integrated in the Huracán STO’s “cofango”; the toe cap, radiator cover, wings, tank cover and tail are all made of carbon fiber, the same used for the super sports cars from Sant’Agata Bolognese.

The livery features the STO logo and the number 63, which refers to the year in which Lamborghini was founded. This number, multiplied by ten, gives the 630 units to be produced by Ducati, each accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. The luxury colors used for the bike are exactly the same as those used for the Huracán STO, with a base in “Verde Citrea” (green) and contrasting parts in “Arancio Dac” (orange). The model name and the progressive number are shown on a metal plate inserted in the central tank cover and an aluminum insert on the ignition key.

There are also grille extractors and air intakes on the tank cover, toe cap and tail piece that explicitly echo the Huracán STO’s rear brake cooling ducts; the vents on the car’s front fenders; and the hood extraction vents. The bike’s seat is also inspired by the Huracán STO’s  seat finish with accents matching the superstructure. At the heart of the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini is the 1103 cc Desmosedici Stradale engine with power of 208 hp with a dry clutch, as on the Ducati MotoGP™ and Superbike models.

In addition to the 630 examples of Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini, Ducati will offer an even more exclusive series dedicated to 63 Lamborghini customers who, thanks to the Ducati Style Center, will be able to create unique examples by customizing their Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini with livery and rims in the same color as their car, completing the bike through Ducati’s Speciale Clienti program. It will then be possible to choose the brake caliper colors and seat details from those included in the Huracán STO palettes: yellow, red, black and California orange, in addition to the standard color scheme.

Finally, owners of the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini will be able to complete their look with a helmet, jacket and limited-edition bike leathers, in colorways reflecting their Ducati bike’s specification.

CHOPARD - Happy Diamonds Legacy

CHOPARD – Happy Diamonds Legacy

MEMORY OF A GOLDEN AGE

LEGACY

By overturning the codes of watchmaking and luxury jewelry in the mid-1970s, Chopard accompanied the changes of an era marked by the freedom of women and the liberalization of society. The Maison pays tribute to this victorious past that forged its identity.

CHOPARD - Happy Diamonds Legacy

CHOPARD – Happy Diamonds Legacy

FOREVER HAPPY SPORT

An explosion of colors and extravagance, a turning point, an icon and the watch most collected by women: Happy Sport is all this and so much more. The embodiment of Caroline Scheufele’s passion and joie de vivre, from their birth in the 90s to the present, Happy Sport models have epitomized a noble legacy of casual chic style in a kaleidoscope of more than 1,000 variations – each one infused with the spirit of Chopard’s Co-President and Artistic Director.

A powerful metaphor of the emancipatory momentum women experienced in the 20th century, the Happy Sport watch sealed Chopard’s place in contemporary watchmaking and continues to stage a fascinating and perpetually creative show in which women play a starring role. Happy Sport is forever.

“LITTLE DIAMONDS DO GREAT THINGS”

The creative soul of the Maison, Caroline Scheufele began shaping her brilliant destiny from childhood onwards. Born into a long line of watchmakers, she designed her first watch as a young girl, from pieces of aluminium foil. While still a teenager, she let her fertile imagination wander by designing a clown pendant with small dancing diamonds twirling inside its belly. Made in secret by the workshops on the initiative of Caroline Scheufele’s father, this clown was to be the first ever piece of Chopard jewelry. A joyful and playful creation, it quickly became the favorite gift of a generation of fathers to their beloved daughters, and the symbol of Chopard’s formidable jewelry adventure.

“DIAMONDS ARE HAPPIER WHEN THEY ARE FREE”

The history of Happy Diamonds is set against the backdrop of the profound transformation and cultural changes of the 1970s. Inspired by the lightness and freedom of the spray from a waterfall, the Chopard workshops decided to release diamonds from all settings for the very first time: a real upheaval in the world of watchmaking. “Diamonds are happier when they are free” exclaimed Caroline Scheufele’s mother when she first caught sight of these icons in the making. Conveying a universal message, Happy Diamonds reflected the spirit of the times: precious things should not be locked up! Free and liberated, they sparkled more brightly than ever – like the women who wore them.

FREE SPIRITED WOMEN

As soon as it was introduced, the kinetic energy spread by the Happy Sport distilled an aura of Joie de Vivre. Combining diamonds and steel turned watchmaking codes upside down, in step with those of modern society within which women were taking an unprecedented place. With more and more of them taking up positions of responsibility, their influence began steadily growing within the family as well as in business and politics. A new lifestyle was required for these heroines leading their lives in a free-spirited and independent way – and fashion had to adapt. Happy Sport was entirely in tune with this tendency. A key instigator of the sport-chic trend, it goes equally well with jeans and sneakers as with a little black dress and high heels – all of which helped it conquer catwalks, red carpets and women’s wrists!

Costa Smeralda: International demand for luxury holiday properties on Sardinia’s exclusive north east coast

  • Discretion and exclusivity have currency on the real estate market
  • Buyers focusing especially on sprawling country estates
  • Premium properties south of Costa Smeralda increasingly sought after

Hamburg, 15 August 2022. The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of Sardinia is one of the most sought-after and most exclusive markets for holiday properties in the world. It also remains one of the most discreet markets though. This strip of coastline, which owes its name to the unique emerald green of its waters, stretches for some 20 kilometres – with fine sandy beaches, picturesque rocky bays and unique Mediterranean architecture. Ever since the 1960s, it has been one of Europe’s finest addresses for first-class restaurants, exclusive shopping and luxury second homes. “Demand for real estate has risen sharply in the wake of the pandemic and, alongside top premium villas with sea views, buyer interest is increasingly shifting to large country estates with sprawling plots of land that offer a peaceful and secluded retreat,” says Daniela Ciboddo, Licence Partner of Engel & Völkers Porto Cervo, who continues: “At the same time, buyers are also increasingly tapping into the regions south of Costa Smeralda.”

Discrete and exclusive property market in strong demand

The special status of the Costa Smeralda as a luxury retreat for extremely affluent and sometimes prominent clients means that discretion and exclusivity are centrally important tenets of the property market here. “Many properties are not advertised in the public domain and usually brokered while observing strict confidence. In some cases, exceptional properties can command sales prices in excess of 200 million euros,” says Daniela Ciboddo.

One of the most sought-after locations on the Costa Smeralda is the upmarket port town of Porto Cervo, which is home to one of the highest priced marinas in the world. Since being founded by Prince Karim Aga Khan in 1962, it has evolved into a hotspot for both famous personalities and the international jet set. There is a typically Italian piazzetta at the centre of the town, with a number of luxury hotels, as well as designer shops, upmarket cafés and restaurants. Desirable apartments here are currently on the market for up to 2 million euros. In the hills around the town, there are also extensive plots of land with magnificent estates that command asking prices of up to 18 million euros.

Coastal locations south of Porto Cervo are also highly sought after, including the bays of Cala di Volpe and Romazzino, which boast idyllic beaches blessed with turquoise waters. In the Bay of Romazzino, exclusive villas can be purchased for figures greater than 200 million euros. In Cala di Volpe – renowned internationally for its immaculate golf courses – luxury villas and estates with panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding islands are also in high demand. Asking prices for properties of this kind can reach as much as 18 million euros.

Interest in properties in the port town of Porto Rotondo is also strong. The town has a curved harbourfront that can accommodate up to 800 yachts, as well as picturesque beaches with crystal-clear water and beautiful bays such as “Cala Ira” and “Cala Sabina”. Luxury boutiques and restaurants also give the town a glamorous charm. Some of the exclusive villas here have been owned by famous individuals and command prices of up to 40 million euros.

To the north of the Costa Smeralda, Porto Rafael is a particular favourite with island insiders and celebrities. Compared to Porto Cervo, the place is less touristy and offers numerous quiet retreats. Here you will find large plots in secluded locations with far-reaching views of the entire coastline all the way to Corsica. Luxury villas are offered here for prices of up to 15 million euros.

International clientele looking for secluded estates in premium locations

A high proportion of real estate transactions on the Costa Smeralda can be attributed to buyer groups from abroad. Around 38 percent of buyers come from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, around 10 percent from Great Britain, 5 percent each from the USA, Australia and the United Arab Emirates, and 2 percent from other countries. 35 percent of real estate purchases are made by Italian buyers. The majority of these clients are between 40 and 70 years old and looking for a second home for their families with children.

“Restrictions that came about with the pandemic really brought to the fore what the Costa Smeralda has always offered and what people suddenly craved even more: rugged, unspoiled nature and exclusive, quaint towns and villages filled with a sense of security and freedom,” says Daniela Ciboddo. “In addition to properties for owner-occupation, older villas and estates in premium locations such as the hills of Cala di Volpe and Porto Rafael are particularly sought-after investment properties, which are often extensively renovated and either resold or rented out.”

Outlook: Continuing high demand and increasing interest in regions south of Costa Smeralda

“Demand – especially for properties in the premium segment – has remained consistently high on the Costa Smeralda since its inception in the 1960s. The real estate market here remains largely unaffected by political or economic crises and represents a particularly safe haven for real estate investments,” sums up Daniela Ciboddo, adding: “We therefore expect demand to remain at a high level. We are also now beginning to see interest in properties in the previously less sought-after regions south of Costa Smeralda, such as Puntaldia, Capo Coda Cavallo, and Punta Molara.”

Past winners to return for Concours of Elegance’s spectacular 10th anniversary show

Past winners to return for Concours of Elegance’s spectacular 10th anniversary show

London, UK (11 August 2022): The Concours of Elegance, presented by A. Lange & Söhne. is delighted to announce that its upcoming, 10th anniversary show, will welcome back some of the astonishing previous winners of the coveted ‘best in show’ crown. The fabulous motor cars will further burnish an already outstanding selection of machinery, joining a field featuring over 75 of the world’s rarest and most spectacular cars, all drawn from leading private collections by the concours committee’s panel of internationally recognised experts. The UK’s leading concours d’elegance event returns to Hampton Court Palace from the 2nd to 4th September.

The Concours of Elegance 2021

Among the returning Concours victors will be the 1930 Bentley Speed 6 ‘Blue Train’ Coupe that took home the best in show prize at the 2013 show edition. The imposing British machine sported a raked coupe body, which was designed and built by coachbuilders Gurney Nutting. Performance matched the imposing, dominant looks; the Speed 6 was powered by a 6 ½ litre-Le Mans spec engine, putting out 180 bhp, enough to propel the imposing machine to nigh on 120 mph. The car rose to fame and gained its nickname after the Bentley owning playboy Woolf Barnato – perhaps the definitive ‘Bentley Boy’, and one-time company chairman, raced the famous Blue Train north through France. Whilst drinking at a party, Barnato claimed that he could beat the train on a run from Cannes on the glamorous Côte d’Azur to Calais. Despite the absence of autoroutes, Barnato convincingly beat the train, indeed, he won by such a margin that he crossed the channel on a steamer, and made it to London before the train pulled to a halt at the station in Calais. In all he’d covered around 700 miles – all at a remarkably fast pace – averaging 43 mph on the dusty, uneven roads of France. While there is debate over the exact car that completed the journey, it was the Gurney Nutting coupe that became associated with Barnato’s exploits, and known as the ‘Blue Train’, as a result. A wonderful car from an enchanting, fearless period in British automotive history.

Also returning will be the glamorous winner from 2016, an incredible, one-off 1938 Hispano-Suiza Dubonnet Xenia. This dramatic, art deco motor car, with its aero-inspired bodywork was developed by André Dubonnet, an inventor, racing driver and World War One fighter pilot. Dubonnet chose an H6 Hispano-Suiza engine for his creation, and commissioned Jean Andreau to design the incredible, streamlined body. Jacques Saoutchik then brought the design to life, featuring curved glass, sliding doors and a panoramic windscreen. This outrageous car wowed the crowds back in 2016 at Windsor Castle, and is set to enthral guests all over again at Hampton Court in a few weeks’ time.

Another car making a triumphant return will be the Best in Show winner from 2020, a 1969 Porsche 917 KH. The endurance racing Porsche was a crowd favourite throughout that event two years ago, with its imposing design and incredible backstory. In 1970, Hans Herrmann and Richard Attwood drove this very same 917 KH (short-tail) in the world-famous red-white Salzburg design to the first ever overall win for Porsche at the famous Le Mans 24 Hours. The 917 marked the first time Porsche competed in the league of immensely powerful, large-capacity racing cars. Its 580bhp 4.5-litre 12-cylinder engine set new standards, and is still legendary today.

These superb former winners will join the display of over 70 rare and spectacular Concours Cars at this September’s glamourous event. Further star cars are set to be announced in the coming weeks. Outside the main display of vehicles, the Concours of Elegance will assemble around 1,000 further cars in a series of special features and displays, as well as a live collector car auction by Gooding & Co.

James Brooks-Ward, Concours of Elegance CEO, said: “As our 10th anniversary event at Hampton Court Palace fast approaches, we are delighted to announce the return of these former ‘Best in Show’ winners. These exceptional motor cars have each stood out in consistently exceptional fields, so having them all together in the Palace grounds at the start of September will be very special indeed. It’s the perfect way for us to celebrate our decade of success. We cannot wait to welcome guests to our event – now just three weeks away – which is set to be our most spectacular yet.”

Away from the automotive displays, Concours of Elegance will once again be an occasion of pure luxury, with champagne provided by Charles Heidsieck, picnics by Fortnum & Mason, and a collection of art, jewellery and fashion displays. Presenting Partner A. Lange & Söhne will once again showcase some of its most intricate timepieces.

Tickets to the Concours of Elegance 2022 are available now from just £35 for half-day entry, with full three-course hospitality packages from £320. Tickets can be bought from concoursofelegance.co.uk/tickets

About the annual Concours of Elegance:
Established in 2012, the inaugural Concours of Elegance was held within Windsor Castle to mark the diamond jubilee of Her Majesty The Queen’s reign. Organised by Thorough Events, the first Concours of Elegance set a new global benchmark for a classic car concours; winning prestigious awards in the process; unheard of for a ‘start-up’ event in its first year. The second Concours of Elegance was held in 2013 to equal fanfare at the historic Royal Palace of St James in London, with the widely acclaimed third Concours set in the stunning grounds of Hampton Court Palace in September 2014, before heading to the Palace of Holyroodhouse in 2015. Only cars of the highest calibre are invited to the Concours of Elegance, from all over the world, painstakingly selected by the Concours Steering Committee; a respected team of authoritative historic car experts. A key objective of the annual Concours of Elegance is to raise significant sums for charity.

The Police warn of the summer scam in Spain and Marbella: scams in vacation rentals The summer scam has skyrocketed this year and already exceeds the figures for 2019. Faced with such a trend, the National Police, together with companies for the sale and rental of villas, luxury homes in Fotocasa, Airbnb, Confianza Online, have launched the alert for users to be more careful about possible scams in vacation rentals. Remember that only during this 2022, more than 6,000 Spaniards will fall into the trap of scammers like those who have starred in the program. So before you put up a down payment for what looks like a bargain, make sure the apartment exists. Faced with this situation, the General Directorate of the Police has launched this Thursday a series of recommendations to avoid being a victim of fraud. In this way, they warn that citizens not used to reserving an apartment or house online or those who do not know how platforms such as Airbnb work can be an easy target for organizations dedicated to this type of fraud. In order for users to book with peace of mind and find a trustworthy host this summer, the National Police, Airbnb and Confianza Online have worked together so that guests can be alert to detect and avoid fraud. Some of the signs and tips to avoid scams when booking summer vacations are: Beware of messages with suspicious links. Don't click on links in emails you don't trust. They may contain links to fake web pages that mimic Airbnb's design in an attempt to steal personal information or infect devices. In this situation, return to the home page typing https://www.airbnb.es in your browser and continue browsing from there. Find out here how to detect if an email or website really belongs to Airbnb. Be wary of offers that are too good to be true. Beware of offers that combine excessively low prices with very attractive images or accommodations. If an owner wants to make too many changes during the booking process (offers you to pay differently, sends you contact addresses that don't match the listing, offers you a different listing that wasn't on the page, etc.) there could be something behind a criminal who wants to avoid his location. To avoid this, look for ads that have a lot of positive reviews and read them carefully. This will allow you to detect if there are any negative aspects that several guests point out and that could tarnish your vacation. You can also check that the host's identity and other account details have been verified or confirmed. Communication and payment, always on the platform. If they ask you to make a deposit or a bank transfer, if they give you a PDF or paper invoice or offer you a discount for paying outside the platform, be wary. Pay special attention if that person proposes to use for payment companies that are normally dedicated to sending money, bank checks, money orders. If they suggest payment methods outside the platform, it is most likely that they intend to carry out some type of fraud. Therefore, you must always make payments and communicate through the Airbnb website or app. As long as you communicate, book and pay through Airbnb you will have the security guaranteed by the multiple protection system. If the host never asks you to speak through other means or sends you emails, that's a good sign. You can also help other travelers by reporting suspicious messages. You are suspicious of an urgent tone or inconsistencies on the part of the host. Scammers often try to rush or pressure guests to book, show inconsistencies in the language in which they express themselves and in their nationalities, areas of residence or telephone prefixes, as well as in the text of the accommodation advertisement. Do not feel pressured, before deciding on an accommodation, carefully read the profile of the host, the comments of previous guests and, for example, use the image comparator available in the main search engines on the Internet, and check if the images correspond to different rentals located in different geographical areas.

If the host never asks you to speak through other means or sends you emails, that’s a good sign. You can also help other travelers by reporting suspicious messages.

OMEGA – Speedmaster Moonwatch

SPEEDMASTER MOONWATCH PROFESSIONAL

The Speedmaster Moonwatch remains a true icon in the world of watchmaking. The legendary chronograph, in its most recent update, has taken inspiration from its original design, and has been awarded Master Chronometer certification for even more reliability and excellence.

ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST MOON LANDING

A MEMORABLE DATE

When Buzz Aldrin stepped onto the lunar surface in 1969, the Speedmaster Professional became the first watch ever worn on the Moon. 53 years later, the astronaut can still remember that historic moment, when humanity boldly stepped into a new frontier and the legendary OMEGA chronograph recorded his most famous hour.

TIMELESS DESIGN

The watch features a 42mm asymmetric stainless steel case and is crafted in the classic 4th generation style worn by the Apollo 11 astronauts during the first moon landing in history. Choose between the model with hesalite crystal and case back with an embossed Hippocampus or the model with sapphire crystal on both sides.

The 4th generation Speedmaster – reference ST 105.012 – is famous for being one of the watches that was used on the Moon.

THE VISIBLE FACE

  • In addition to featuring its three chronograph subdials, the black chamfered dial features domed chronograph minute and second hands, as well as a minute track adjusted to the frequency of the new movement.

  • Especially for fans of the Speedmaster and historical details, the famous dot over 90 (DON or “Dot over Ninety”) and a diagonal dot at 70 are included in the anodized aluminum bezel ring.

  • Created with a new design, the bracelet clasp features a polished OMEGA logo on a satin-finish cap. Beautifully refined, at 15mm wide, it also features two polished pushers in a new oval version.

THE FOUR CREW

There are four attractive steel models that make up the Speedmaster Moonwatch Master Chronometer collection. Hesalite crystal models can be chosen with a nylon fabric strap or a fully brushed stainless steel strap. Sapphire crystal models can be chosen with a leather strap or a stainless steel bracelet with polished and brushed links.

El éxito de la feria Top Marques 2022 supera todas las expectativas

The success of the Top Marques 2022 fair exceeds all expectations

Thousands of car enthusiasts celebrated the return of the Top Marques Monaco show this weekend, with a particular hit for the new classic car show.

Many sales were made in all categories of the show, including in the space dedicated to iconic sports cars from the 50s to the 90s, where several exhibitors confirmed to have made sales during the four days of the event.

The first figures revealed that more than 22,000 visitors attended the fair, from all over Europe, as well as from Japan, Brazil, Mexico and the United States.

“After two years of Covid, it was a real challenge to organize this Top Marques 2022 and mobilize exhibitors, manufacturers and the public to make this edition a success. The bet is successful!” Salim Zeghdar declared last night, CEO of Top Marques.

“We have exceeded our expectations both in terms of sales made by our exhibitors and in number of visitors. All the lights are green and this encourages me to prepare, with my teams, a brilliant next edition with more global launches and exceptional vehicles.”

Starting today, visitors from all over the world can virtually access the event thanks to the first digital hall. Access is free by clicking here.

“Visitors who couldn’t make it to our show, or who want to come back to see some of the amazing vehicles, and even buy them, can visit our virtual show. I think this is the first time a car show has been held and I’m very excited.” proud of this new dimension of Top Marques”.

The annual Top Marques supercar show, held each June under the High Patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Albert II of Monaco, returned with a bang last week with nearly 100 exhibitors featuring more than 115 vehicles.

Several super ships were also displayed on the Esplanade outside the Grimaldi Forum, as well as watches and fine jewelry at the Espace Diaghilev, all of which achieved sales.

The event began with an exclusive VIP vernissage with Preview for more than 2,500 guests, where several purchases were made before the opening to the public on June 9.

Highlights of the event include a record number of global releases presented by HSH Prince Albert on the first day of the show. Among them, the Italian project PJ-01 by Pambuffetti, the 660 LMS by the Swiss manufacturer Picasso Automobile, the Dallara D50, the Mini E-Electric by Aznom Automotive, the Magnifica motorcycle by Radikal Design and three incredible aerial vehicles: a flying motorcycle by Xturismo, the Jetson One and a Mc-Clic flying car, the MC-One.

European launches included Pininfarina’s Battista, Japan’s Aspark Owl and the Deus Vayanne electric supercar, plus five trailers: McLaren’s Artura, Valhalla and Aston Martin’s DBX 707, and two Maserati cars, the MC20 and the Grecale SUV.

But for many, the best vehicles were in the classic car room, with iconic models on display from leading classic car dealers such as Monaco Luxury, Boutsen Classic Cars, British & Sportscars, DPM Motors, Dream Car Performance, as well as a collection Private Classics 4 You.

Lo más destacado para los fanáticos de los superdeportivos fue la aparición del embajador de Top Marques, el influencer automotriz GMK, quien pasó más de cinco horas durante el fin de semana saludando a los fanáticos e invitándolos a firmar su auto.

Top Marques Monaco will tend to read the next year of June 7 to 11 of 2023 in the Foro Grimaldi.
