Muhannad Al Salhi appointed new CEO of Engel & Völkers in Italy

Hamburg, 05 February 2024. Engel & Völkers is pleased to announce the appointment of Muhannad Al Salhi as the new CEO for Italy, effective immediately. He takes over from Tomaso Aguzzi, who is departing the group to pursue new professional opportunities. Muhannad Al Salhi is a highly accomplished manager with extensive sales expertise. His career includes successfully leading various companies and start-ups through growth phases. In previous leadership roles at Groupon in Italy and Spain, as well as at WeWork in London, Italy and Spain, he managed business development teams across more than 20 countries, formulated effective business strategies and cultivated relationships with international partners and clients.

Reporting to Christian Paul, Chief Operating Officer of Engel & Völkers, Muhannad Al Salhi succeeds Tomaso Aguzzi, who departs the company with immediate effect. The Executive Board expressed gratitude to Tomaso Aguzzi for his contributions over the years and wished him continued success in his future endeavors.

Muhannad Al Salhi, a 35-year-old Italian, holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Rome.
