The series is rounded off by the matching range of faucets, characterized by the unmistakable narrow, vertically positioned handle.

The interplay between the new Oak Terra furniture finish (35) and the generously sized oval above-counter basin (600 x 400 mm) lends the washing area an air of contemporary solidity. The combination of a wall-mounted D­Neo toilet and the A.1 actuator plate by Duravit underlines the coherent character of the range.

Complementing the round above-counter basin, the D-Neo faucets impress with their clear-cut and geometric character for an understated yet expressive effect.

The building, developed by the Groupe Segond Immobilier, designed by architects Cabinet A. Giraldi, spans 19 floors, including a four-floor penthouse, a rooftop pool, and a spa. The modern design interiors were designed by Humbert and Poyet. The endless views, with rare 360-degree perspectives over Monaco, guided the two interior designers’ work well before its layout or decoration.

Each apartment was designed to honor the views of the city’s greatest landmarks, the sea, and the surrounding mountains. Humbert and Poyet’s signature use of noble materials, detail, and references to the Art Deco period define the space. The result is defiantly bold and luxurious for this luxury building. Each door is a statement – ornate, with brass paneling and bronze handles. The flooring is patterned in black and white marbles. Decadent staircases decorate the many duplexes, featuring ironwork guardrails. Exceptional shapes, lines, and materials decorate the spaces from floor to ceiling.
