JAEGER-LECOULTRE anuncia a su nueva Embajadora Anya Taylor-Joy

Jaeger-LeCoultre se complace en nombrar a Anya Taylor-Joy como nueva embajadora de la Maison, marcando su debut con un breve video A Call of the Heart, basado en una llamada telefónica simbólica que le dio la bienvenida a La Grande Maison. Durante la llamada, Anya lleva el Reverso Duetto Small en oro rosa, que presenta una esfera blanca plateada en el anverso y una esfera negra y gallones engastados de diamantes en el reverso.

El video se inspiró en una llamada telefónica histórica que iba a tener un profundo impacto en la Manufactura LeCoultre. En 1903, Jacques-David LeCoultre hizo un llamado al relojero parisino Edmond Jaeger para que aceptara el desafío de este último de crear un movimiento de reloj ultraplano, y así comenzó una larga y fructífera colaboración que condujo a la formación de la compañía Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Jaeger-LeCoultre presenta  In Pursuit of Chance  , un video poético y cautivador que presenta el nuevo reloj Rendez-Vous Dazzling Star, protagonizado por Amanda Seyfried. Amiga de la casa, el talento actoral y la magnética presencia en pantalla de Amanda dan vida a la historia de una aventura romántica moderna. En un escenario misterioso y dramático, el nuevo video invita a los espectadores a reflexionar sobre el significado del azar, en la vida, en el amor y en las estrellas.

In Pursuit of Chance  resume el concepto de manifestación: que nuestras vidas no son puramente una cuestión de suerte; al aclarar nuestras intenciones e impartirlas al universo, creamos las condiciones en las que podemos lograr nuestro destino deseado y hacer realidad nuestros sueños. La estrella fugaz se convierte en una metáfora del poder de manifestación: un fenómeno físico del mundo real que representa lo metafísico, este fenómeno celestial aleatorio refleja la aparente aleatoriedad del azar.

 “Me encantó hacer este cortometraje porque veo un paralelo en mi propia vida”,  dice Amanda . “Para mí, las estrellas fugaces pueden simbolizar el cambio y darnos esperanza. Cada vez que le pido un deseo a una estrella fugaz, creo que algo mágico y misterioso está por suceder. Al pedir un deseo, me desafío a mí mismo a marcar una diferencia en mi vida y siento que el universo me lo permite”.

El vídeo se ha rodado en la mítica finca diseñada y construida por el artista y escultor Xavier Corbero en Barcelona. La arquitectura en sí toma la forma de una escultura monumental, con estructuras geométricas de hormigón apiladas a diferentes alturas y unidas por escaleras flotantes y arcos curvos para crear un efecto dramático y laberíntico.

En este escenario teatral y de otro mundo, con el cielo estrellado como telón de fondo, aparece Amanda con el nuevo Rendez-Vous Dazzling Star. Mientras gira su mirada de la esfera del reloj al cielo, una estrella fugaz cruza los cielos y la historia pasa de la realidad a un estado de ensueño, desde la contemplación tranquila mientras manifiesta sus intenciones al universo, hasta una sensación de urgencia mientras corre hacia su destino. En ese momento, el personaje de Amanda comprende que la estrella fugaz es el catalizador de su deseo y, cuando vuelve a mirar su reloj, la estrella fugaz vuela sobre la esfera, anclando su espalda a la realidad y llevándola al destino que buscaba.

En 2022, Jaeger-LeCoultre rinde homenaje al tema celestial en el cronometraje y lo invita a embarcarse en esta Odisea y descubrir los fenómenos astrales que, durante milenios, han inspirado a los humanos como base para medir el tiempo, desde el reloj de sol hasta los primeros relojes equipados. con un calendario perpetuo; desde lo inmensamente grande en los cielos sobre nosotros hasta lo inmensamente pequeño y mecánico que se lleva en la muñeca.

Tercera edición de Discovery Workshops ofrecidos por Jaeger-LeCoultre, el programa de este año en el Atelier d’Antoine está dedicado al tema Stellar Odyssey. Un taller de descubrimiento creado para entusiastas o principiantes de la alta relojería, y cualquier otra persona curiosa sobre el origen del tiempo y cómo lo seguimos midiendo.

L’Atelier d’Antoine es una rara oportunidad de explorar este universo a través de un enfoque práctico que es tanto teórico como práctico, involucrando muchos sentidos; Verás artefactos raros y antiguos, tocarás con tu corazón los reflejos de los más grandes astrónomos, escucharás el paso del tiempo y sentirás con tus propias manos el misterioso funcionamiento de los mecanismos de los relojes.

Cada taller está limitado a un máximo de ocho participantes y supervisado por un profesor especialista y un experto de la Manufactura Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Los participantes tendrán la oportunidad de profundizar sus conocimientos complementando su Discovery Workshop con una visita guiada a la Manufactura centrada en el mismo tema: una oportunidad excepcional para ver en detalle una Manufactura de relojes totalmente integrada. Nombrado en honor a Antoine LeCoultre, fundador de Jaeger-LeCoultre, Atelier d’Antoine está en el corazón de la Manufactura, en el Vallée de Joux, Suiza.

Este Taller de Descubrimiento de tres horas es una invitación a un viaje celestial y, al final del mismo, los participantes comprenderán los movimientos de los cuerpos celestes, sus anomalías y los desafíos que deben enfrentar los relojeros para hacer mecánicas estas nociones extraídas de las estrellas. .

In 2022, Jaeger-LeCoultre pays tribute to the celestial theme in timekeeping and invites you to embark on this Odyssey and discover the astral phenomena that have, for millennia, inspired humans as the basis for measuring time – from the sundial to the first watches equipped with a perpetual calendar; from the immensely large in the skies above us to the immensely small and mechanical worn on the wrist.

Third edition of Discovery Workshops offered by Jaeger-LeCoultre, this year’s programme at the Atelier d’Antoine is devoted to the Stellar Odyssey theme. A Discovery Workshop created for Fine Watchmaking enthusiasts or beginners – and anyone else curious about the origin of time and how we continue to measure it.

L’Atelier d’Antoine is a rare chance to explore this universe through a hands-on approach that is both theoretical and practical, engaging many senses; you will see rare and ancient artefacts, touch with your heart the reflections of the greatest astronomers, listen to the passage of time and feel with your own hands the mysterious workings of watch mechanisms.

Each workshop is limited to a maximum of eight participants and supervised by a specialist teacher and an expert from the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre.

Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge by complementing their Discovery Workshop with a guided tour of the Manufacture focusing on the same theme – an exceptional opportunity to see in detail a fully integrated watch Manufacture.
